Refund Processing Time: Once a cancellation request is submitted, refund processing typically takes 10 to 30 minutes. The refunded amount will then be credited automatically to your account balance.

Non-Cancelable Orders: Completed orders are non-cancelable. We encourage users to carefully review service descriptions or reach out to our support team with any questions regarding service quality, speed, or other specifics before placing an order.

Refill Policy

Exclusive Refill Guarantee: The refill guarantee applies only to services ordered directly through our panel. Services purchased from third-party providers or other platforms are not covered by our refill guarantee.

Exclusions for High Initial Counts: Accounts, posts, or videos that already show high counts at the time of order are excluded from the refill guarantee, as it is difficult to trace drops accurately if services from other providers were previously utilized.

Minimum Drop Threshold for Refill Requests: The automated refill option is available only for orders with a drop of 100 or more. Drops below this threshold are not eligible for refill requests.

Temporary Refill Limitations: During website updates or technical issues, the refill button may be temporarily unavailable. The refill guarantee remains valid, however, and you may contact our support team to arrange a manual refill if required.

Refill Eligibility Restrictions: The refill guarantee is voided if the user modifies or deletes the account, changes the username, or alters any details associated with the initial order. Refill eligibility is restricted to the original link or username provided at the time of purchase.
