Here you'll find the most frequently asked questions about our panel and services. This is especially useful for new users or people who have no idea how SMM panels work. If you can't find the answer to your question, feel free to contact our support team at any time.

Services

It shows how much of a service is available, or how many followers, likes, comments, etc., are available. For example, if a service has [Max: 50K] in the title, it means you can order a maximum of 50,000 units.

“Speed per Day” refers to the delivery speed of a service per day, i.e., within 24 hours. Please note that this is only an estimate on our part. The speed may vary depending on the number of orders we receive and server load.

Many users confuse our “Average Time” with the “Start Time” of our services. The “Average Time” field displays a calculation based on the last orders. For example, if a service shows an “Average Time” of 25 minutes, it means that the last orders were completed in approx. 25 minutes. In other words, the time between “In Progress” and “Completed.”

We always specify the link formats in the Service Description. Please always check that you have entered the correct link before submitting your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our support team at any time.

In the service description, we provide an estimate of how much of the purchased services may drop. For example, if a service says “💧 Drop: 10%-30%,” it means that if you buy 1,000 followers, up to 300 of them may disappear. It also depends on updates to the respective platforms; we can't guarantee it.

Refill is an additional guarantee we offer with our services. If your followers, likes, or other services drop, and a refill guarantee is included, you can have them refilled within the specified guarantee period. If a service is marked “No Refill,” it means no guarantee is included. With 30-Day Refill, 90-Day Refill, etc., you can have it refilled within that time frame. You can have it refilled once every 24 hours.

Orders

If the order has already been marked as completed, we can no longer cancel or refund it. Please note that it is your responsibility to verify that the links are valid and correct before placing your order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in such cases. Your account must be active and accessible via the provided link both before and during the order process. If you delete or deactivate your account or post while the order is in progress, the order will be marked as completed.

Our refund system always runs automatically, so it's impossible that you didn't receive your refund. You can view all your refunds on your “Refunds” page. Please note that this information is only available for 90 days.

After you click the “Cancel” button, it usually takes 0–30 minutes for your refund to be processed automatically. With some services, it may take up to 24-48 hours. If it takes longer, you can contact our support team.

There can be a few reasons why your refill request was rejected. In that case, you'll need to contact our support team.  Please note that our refill guarantee applies only to the services or quantities you purchased from us. Followers, likes, or views that you did not purchase from us, as well as organic unfollows that drop during the refill guarantee period, are not eligible for a refill.

Some of our services are not synchronized with the remaining count, which is why the count may show as 0 for certain services. This is not a problem, but if you haven't received all of your orders, you can contact our support team at any time.

Most of our services are intended exclusively for public profiles, unless the service title or description specifies that it can be used for private accounts or posts. Therefore, please always read the provided information carefully or contact our support team beforehand if you are unsure.

Please always make sure that the account or post is public and not restricted. For example, we cannot deliver comments if the comments section has been restricted to followers only or to a specific age group or audience. In this case, the order will be marked as completed, and we do not offer refunds. However, if this is not the case and there are no restrictions, you can contact our support team to have it reviewed.

Payments

You may have overpaid or underpaid. Please contact our support team with your transaction or payment ID so we can look into it.

In most cases, it takes 5 to 10 minutes. However, it may take longer depending on which payment option you used.

If your payment hasn't been processed within 60 minutes, please contact our support team so we can look into it.

Please always make sure you send your payment with the correct amount and to the correct network. Sending a payment to the wrong network, especially for coins we don't support, can result in the payment being lost.

If you're having trouble depositing funds, you can contact our support team to ask about other payment options. If the option is available, we'll be happy to offer it to you.

For example, if you deposit $100, you’ll receive a 2% bonus, which means you’ll end up with $102 added to your account. For a $1,000 deposit, you’ll receive a 5% bonus, so $1,050 will be added. The current bonus rates are listed on the Add Funds page. These rates may change at certain times when we have active promotions.
